Hey! I’m Grace. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I’m a Human Design Manifestor with a 3/5 profile. I am an intuitive, author, podcast host and peer coach. I am a Master/Instructor in Reiki, IET©, and a Team Leader for The Hollow Bone Journey. I have spent years deepening my connection with spirit not only through my practice, but through my own shadow work and healing journey as well.

It is my deepest desire to help you connect with your heart and find the true healing that gives you freedom. Freedom to learn about who you are and what fills your cup, to love all parts of who you are (light and shadow), to be able to have supportive relationships, and to see that all you seek is inside you.
